                       You're Beautiful (He's Beautiful) is a South Korean drama starring Park Shin-hye, Jang Keun-suk, Lee Hong Ki and Jung Yong-hwa .

                        A.N.JELL is popular idol group in Korea, the group initially consists of  Hwang Tae Kyung (Jang Keun-suk), Kang Shin Woo (Jung Yong-hwa) and Jeremy (Lee Hongki). Tae Kyung is the leader of the group, as well as a composer, but his vocals are slightly lacking which prompted President Ahn (Jung Chan) to look for an additional member. President Ahn decided that  Go Mi Nam (Park Shin-hye) ) would be the best candidate in entering the group.

  Go Mi Nyu (Park Shin-hye) is a nun-in-training. Her twin brother,Go Mi Nam successfully auditions for the musical band A.N.JELL but is forced to leave for the US to correct a botched plastic surgery. Go Mi Nyu is approached by Mi Nam's manager to impost as Go Mi Nam while he recovers. She is against it at first but agrees in order to fulfill her dream of finding their mother. Now, posing as Mi Nam, Mi Nyu enters the group A.N.JELL and meets its members:

                         At first, Tae Kyung does not like Mi Nam and makes her life hard, Shin Woo and Jeremy are friendly to her. Tae Kyung discovers that Mi Nam is a girl and threatens to reveal it, Shin Woo discovers it but does not reveal it and develops feelings for her. The story follows their lives away from the cameras and Mi Nam's efforts to keep her secret. Her life is made harder by Tae Kyung's initial hatred for her and the evil actress Yoo He Yi, who likes Tae Kyung. 
                        As the story progresses, Jeremy finds himself struggling with developing feelings for Mi Nam as he doesn't know about Mi Nam being a girl. Shin Woo falls deeper and deeper for Mi Nam as well. Tae Kyung also starts to like Mi Nam but doesn't realise it until later. In the end who does Mi Nyu choose?

Will she be exposed for pretending to be a guy? Will she learn more about her mother?

 This is one of the best Korean dramas I have watched. A well written script with well portrayed characters, hilarious scenes and lovable characters, it's a must watch! I would definitely recommend this series.There was not a single lacklustre scene,The ratings were disappointing and did not justify the spirit of the drama, however, it was quite popular online.

Character Portrayal

                              Jang Geun Suk as Hwang Tae Kyung 

Who can act as Hwang Tae kyung other than Jang Geun Suk???? His expressions are hilarious and his crying scene was so touching. His way of saying "Go Mi Nam",is awesome!!!!. And not to mention, this guy can sing! The guy is multi-talented – he can act, sing, model, MC,organize festivals  and look good at the same time. The numerous hairstyles he sported throughout the drama would have probably looked ridiculous on any other actor, yet he still managed to pull off each one.He kept saying in every interviews that he gives his credit for good looks to the hair style rs.Isn't he charming???

                           Park Shin Hye as Go Min Nam(Male)/Go min Nyu

Park Shin Hye plays an extremely cute , innocent and lovable character. She is sweet natured, selfless but at the same time something misfortunate always seems to happen to her. Park Shin Hye looked really cute in her boyish haircut and very sophisticated when she was made up as a girl.Her song was a hit in korea(Lovely day).

                                   Lee Hong Ki as Jeremy/Kang On Yu 

Lee Hong Ki portrayed the playful Jeremy.Something that could turn out as childish or odd was made beautifully and perfectly well.He made me laugh really really out loud with his much adorable cuteness.JEREMY ROCKS!!!

                                       Jung Yong Hwa as Kang Shin Woo  

Performance rating:7/10

                           Yong Hwa's character, a mature, romantic and charming guy.He attempted to reveal his feelings for Mi Nam and was rejected each time. The chemistry with Shin Woo and Mi Nam lacked, it was pretty much a one-sided love as Mi Nam had never fallen for Shin Woo. If this drama didn’t have good soundtrack and actors then this drama is just ordinary..
